30 Slamball
20 Wallball
10 Extreme Squat Thrusts
What weight do you suggest for the wall ball? My clients are women average fitness.
Hey Nicole – we start our camp members with 10-12 pound medicine balls for this one (they’re all women). If you have any rockstars, they can quickly progress to 15 pounds. Let me know how it goes!
This workout was absolutly killer. I did it with my boot camp and they loved it. I loved it so much I did it again with my gym training partner today, and will do it again with another partner tomorrow. Awesome. I used the 10 lb med ball for wall ball and a softer 4 lb med type ball for slam ball because it didnt bounce up at all, making us squat deeper
