  1. Hi!

    I’ve just subscribed and have been having a look around – I like what I see so far! – but when I click on “Fat Burning Intervals” I get sent back to the payment page…..

    Help!

    • Hi Jo!

      I’m glad you’re in and like what you see so far. :)

      Are you sure you’re logged in when you click “Fat Burning Intervals?” If not, you will be re-directed to the sales page.

      Also, where are you clicking “Fat Burning Intervals?” Is it over on the right hand navigation bar?

      Please let me know and I will get this resolved as soon as possible.

  2. Hi Scott

    I’m getting a similar problem on the Fat Burning Interval page.

    When I try to log on, it takes me to a screen saying ‘Members Only’ page & asks me to log in. I log in & try again & go round in circles…

  3. once i sign up and i know i will love it, how long is it for, the rest of my life! ha!i could not find a “term” anywhere!

  4. Hi Scott, I was trying to edit profile from the drop menu on my name but it just loads the work out page?

    Any ideas

        • Hi Alex,

          I changed a setting. You should now see a link called Membership Details. If you do, you should be able to edit your profile. If not, I will have to do some more troubleshooting.

          This isn’t my expertise, so I’m having to check with some other people who know this software better.

  7. having trouble w/ the ctrl & open the link when I opened the workouts pdf for this week. It isn’t working for me. any suggestions.

  9. Hey Scott, Not trying to be dingy but when I go to the membership details to edit my profile , there is not link/area to add a profile photo, am I missing something? I see others have done it, thanks.

      I think what you do is go to: http://www.gravatar.com/ and upload your photo there. Once you do, your photo will show up anytime you post here or any blog.

      I believe this is how you do it. I’ll find out for sure, but in the meantime, give it a shot.

  12. Hey Scott, the site is looking great and working better now. I like how all the workouts for the week are on the site now. Perfect! Still can’t see a place to upload a profile photo. The membership details/profile page is pretty easy to follow just seems like the option to upload a photo is missing.

    Hi Scott,
    I wanted to let you know that I have been incorporating your workouts/exercises this week at my “Fitness in The Park” class and the sweat is a’dripping! One of my FIPer’s told me today how much she liked the recent class content. Thanks for helping me bring new & challenging workouts to my group! I love how easy it is to use this resource for my class. Monday – the 300!

    just joined and trying to poke around the site – but whatever I click at it just tells me that I took a wrong turn and don’t have access to the information. Is that right?

    • Hi Annette,

      Thank you for joining. First of all, make sure you log in.

      Secondly, here is what you have access to:

      1) The Bonuses found here: http://www.bootcampsondemand.com/bonuses/

      2) 17 Initial Workouts:

      If you look on the right hand side of the main site: http://www.bootcampsondemand.com/ you’ll see that there are 17 Workout Categories, such as Fat Burning Intervals, Dynamic Warm Ups, etc.

      If you click on a Workout Category, such as Fat Burning Interval, you get access to the first workout in each category. So no matter when someone joins, they always get these 17 workouts.

      3) Then you get access to all of the workouts in August and here on out for as long as you are a member.

      So you get the Aug 1-7 Workout Schedule:

      http://www.bootcampsondemand.com/workout-schedule-for-august-1-7/

      and the 5 workouts under it:

      There are 2 Couplet Finishers
      The Party of 5
      The Extreme Run
      The Two By Four

      What you don’t get are the workouts from the July workout schedules. These are only for people who were members in July.

      Does this make sense? Let me know if there is any confusion.

  18. Scott – I haven’t been able to access the back to school workouts. I clicked on link on your email announcing this bonus, logged in, but then could not find it under bonuses. August bonuses pop up right away. Thanks. Janet

  19. Scott- I continue to TRY to review the bootcamp on demand that is sent to me for 4.95$ my account is being charged.. BUT I AM NOT ABLE TO VIEW THESE? IT SENDS me right back to home page? HOW do I cancel the membership?

    I updated my email address in my account, but the emails are still coming to my old email address which will no longer be valid after this Wednesday. What do I need to do so that stuff is sent to my new email? I don’t want to miss out on anything:)

    yes….my natural pharmacist said that eggs are great as long as the yolks aren’t cooked, ie soft boiled, poached, etc. He said when the yolks are cooked, it oxidizes the cholostrol which is not good. I was pretty bummed out because I love hard boiled eggs, scrambled, etc. this guy is very knowledgable and I trust him on health issues. Have you ever heard of this? I suppose this is how eggs got a bad rap about raising cholo. levels ….just wondering.

    • Hi Debbie – I have never heard this. I asked a holistiic health coach (who has attended numerous nutrition seminars) and she has never heard of this. And all of my nutrition colleagues advocate hard boiled eggs and scrambled eggs. Sorry.

    Thanks for the reply…….I had never heard this before either but this pharmacist has several degrees in nutrition, homeopathy, etc and gave up his pharmacy to be a naturapathic dr. I am going to consult with him soon and will ask him more about this….
