When I say quick, we’re talking about 6 minutes or less.  And you won’t be doing hundreds of crunches either.  In fact, you won’t see any crunches in these abs blasting workouts.  But what they will do is help you tighten your tummy, lose your love handles, and blast your lower abs.  Want a flat and sexy stomach?  Then this abs blaster should be a staple of your workouts…

Sample Workout

In this workout, you have six exercises.  Each one you will do for 30 seconds.  Once you finish one exercise go to the next one with no rest. Complete the circuit twice, with a non stop clock (no rest between rounds 1 and 2).

Bent Knee Hanging Leg Raise x 30 seconds
Stability Ball Rollout x 30 seconds
Stability Ball Tuck x 30 seconds
Straight Leg Hanging Leg Raises x 30 seconds
Stability Ball Leg Raises x 30 seconds
Medicine Ball V-Ups x 30 seconds
