Enhanced Interval Training – Death By Sprints

Mark off a space where you can sprint 200 meters. If you’re on a track, it’s halfway around a track.  On a treadmill, it’s 1/8 of a mile.

Feet Elevated Push Ups x 20
Sprint 200 meters
Squat Jumps x 20
Sprint 200 meters
Get Ups x 20
Sprint 200 meters
Slamball x 20
Sprint 200 meters
Bodyweight Rows x 20
Sprint 200 meters
Squat Thrusts x 20

    great workout but I need altenatives for slam ball and wall ball- any ideas??

    • Try dumbbell squat presses instead of wall ball and resistance band rows with reverse lunges instead of slam ball
