Mark off a space where you can sprint 200 meters. If you’re on a track, it’s halfway around a track. On a treadmill, it’s 1/8 of a mile.

Hi
great workout but I need altenatives for slam ball and wall ball- any ideas??
Try dumbbell squat presses instead of wall ball and resistance band rows with reverse lunges instead of slam ball
What would be an alternative for Bodyweight rows?
Bent over dumbbell rows or band rows.
