Dynamic Warm Ups
You must do a proper warm-up before you do an intense workout like bootcamp. And a proper warm up isn’t going for a 5 minute walk or jog. Your warm up should contain movements that are similar to your main workout and should include exercises that workout your upper body, lower body, heart rate and core. One of the main things this will do is to help prevent injuries during your work out. Your warm up should contain movements such has squats, incline push ups, prisoner reverse lunges, spiderman climbs, planks, and jumping jacks to name a few.
Sample Workout
Incline Push Ups x 8
Squats x 12
Spiderman Climbs x 10 total
Jumping Jacks x 20
Perform 2 rounds of this circuit
