300 Challenge – The Dirty 30
This workout is quite a bit different than the 300 Workout from the movie 300. But by the end, it’ll be a little bit nasty and you’ll have done 300 reps. And you may be cursing at me by the end.
You’ve got 10 exercises, and you’ll do 30 reps of each one. Get ready, set, go!
T-Stabilization (30 total)
Complete 30 reps of each exercise. Go through this circuit in order 1 time through as quickly as possible. Rest as needed.
