300 Challenge – The Dirty 30

This workout is quite a bit different than the 300 Workout from the movie 300.  But by the end, it’ll be a little bit nasty and you’ll have done 300 reps.  And you may be cursing at me by the end. :)   You’ve got 10 exercises, and you’ll do 30 reps of each one.  Get ready, set, go!

DB High Pull With Wide Squat

Step Jumps and Squat

Close Grip Push Ups

Squat Jumps

T-Stabilization (30 total)

DB Squat Press

Mountain Jumpers

In/Outs

Bodyweight Rows

Bench Dips

Complete 30 reps of each exercise. Go through this circuit in order 1 time through as quickly as possible. Rest as needed.

  3. Awesome! Just did the 300 and didn’t think it would be enough. It was! I travel for my Job and I will take you everywhere I go! I have been hunting for an on the road program. Problem solved! Thank you!!
